Gina
Gina is a dynamic and experienced business owner with a deep-rooted background in the garment care industry. Born and raised in Mexico City as the third generation of a family of garment care professionals, she was introduced to the world of dry cleaning at an early age. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Gina began working in her family’s business while she was still teenager and has since accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the garment care industry and she also holds a B.S.B. degree in Marketing.
Gina is a hands-on business owner with a genuine passion for garment care. Building on the knowledge and expertise passed down from her parents, along with additional professional & advanced training through the School of Dry Cleaning Technology, she remains committed to continuous learning, innovation, and excellence in her field.
Beyond her own business, Gina is actively involved in advancing the garment care industry.
Gina, proudly serves on the Boards of Directors of both regional and national garment care industry associations, Western Fabricare Association and Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute International. Her commitment to strengthening the garment care profession has inspired her to volunteer her time, experience, and ideas to support the continued growth, education, and advancement of the industry.

DONOVAN
Donovan is a dedicated owner of Ortega Cleaners. Born and raised in Mexico City, he has a passion for numbers and holds a degree in Accounting. He became involved in the laundry and dry cleaning industry in 2011 when he met Gina, and by 2013, he opened his own laundry business in Mexico becoming then part of the garment care industry.
Donovan is especially focused on the laundry side of the business and has become an expert in managing both commercial and residential laundry accounts. He’s perfected the art of professional laundry to a high standard, and has passed on these skills to our team to ensure consistency in quality and efficiency.
He’s also our delivery specialist, making sure the process is smooth, efficient, and convenient for our customers. If you ever want to practice your Spanish, feel free to swing by Ortega Cleaners or catch him around the neighborhood—just say, Hola amigo!
