GINA HERNANDEZ
Gina, a young but experienced owner. She was born and raised in Mexico City as the 2nd generation of garment care professionals. She learned English at the early age of 5, so she is bilingual. She started to get involved in the family business in Mexico at the age of 17 so she has 20 years of experience in the dry cleaning & laundry industry and she also holds a BSB degree in marketing. She likes to be hands-on the business so in addition to the knowledge of 40 years of experience that her parents have passed on to her, she also holds a certificate for completing the stain removal & customer service excellence courses with DLI's School of Dry Cleaning Technology and she is in continuous learning with the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute. DONOVAN CAMARGO
Donovan, the strong and hard working owner. He was born and raised in Mexico City. He likes numbers so he holds an Accounting Degree. He has been involved in the laundry industry since he met Gina in 2011. In 2013 he opened his own laundry business and today it's still operated by his family in Mexico. He is more a laundry guy, he likes the laundry side of the business so he became an expert to manage our commercial and residential laundry accounts. He developed awesome skills to get all the clothes perfectly washed and folded and the secret has been passed on to our staff members so they can do exactly the same. Donovan is also the Pick up and Delivery Pro, his skills make of this process a smooth, perfect and convenient service for our customers.
