GINA HERNANDEZ
Gina is a dynamic and experienced business owner with a deep background in the garment care industry. Born and raised in Mexico City as third generation in a family of garment care professionals, she was introduced to the world of dry cleaning at a young age. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Gina started working in her family’s business at 17 and has now accumulated over 20 years of experience in the dry cleaning and laundry field. She also holds a BSB degree in Marketing.
Gina is hands-on and passionate about what she does. With the expertise passed down from her parents and additional certifications in stain removal and customer service excellence from DLI’s School of Dry Cleaning Technology, she is committed to continuous learning through the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Institute. Her focus on providing top-notch customer service drives everything she does.

DONOVAN CAMARGO
Donovan is a dedicated and hardworking owner of Ortega Cleaners. Born and raised in Mexico City, he has a passion for numbers and holds a degree in Accounting. He became involved in the laundry and dry cleaning industry in 2011 when he met Gina, and by 2013, he opened his own laundry business in Mexico becoming then part of the garment care industry.
Donovan is especially focused on the laundry side of the business and has become an expert in managing both commercial and residential laundry accounts. He’s perfected the art of washing and folding clothes to a high standard, and has passed on these skills to our team to ensure consistency.
He’s also the go-to guy for pick-up and delivery, making sure the process is smooth, efficient, and convenient for our customers. If you ever want to practice your Spanish, feel free to swing by Ortega Cleaners or catch him around the neighborhood—just say, Hola amigo!
