We follow industry-approved cleaning methods, manufacturer care labels, and years of hands-on experience to safely clean and finish your garments. Every item is inspected, processed, and handled with care by trained professionals.

While we strive for the best results possible, some factors are outside anyone’s control — such as fabric age, prior wear, manufacturer defects, or stains that have already set. We will always do our best, and we will always be honest about what’s achievable.

Stain Removal: Expertise Without False Promises

We specialize in advanced stain removal and treat every stain individually. Many come out beautifully. Some don’t.

Certain stains become permanent over time or after home washing and drying. When that happens, it isn’t due to lack of effort — it’s the nature of the fabric and the stain itself. Our priority is always protecting the garment first.

Communication Matters

If we see something concerning — damage, delicate fabric, missing buttons, or risk during cleaning — we may reach out before processing.

Our pickup and delivery service is designed to make your life easier and your routine smoother.

To keep everything running safely and accurately:

Please label bags when possible
Provide clear instructions for access and preferences
Let us know about specialty items ahead of time

Once garments are picked up, they are under our care. After delivery to your designated location, they are considered received.

UNCLAIMED GARMENTS WILL BE HANDLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS.

We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face cloths, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins.
